Franklin-Simpson Renaissance is dedicated to the revitalization of downtown Franklin, Kentucky. With a vision to re-establish Franklin's square an active, viable economic center for professional, retail, social and cultural activities, the organization encourages economic development within the context of historic preservation. Franklin-Simpson Renaissance hosts the Annual Summer Nights Concerts Series, a free concert on the Courthouse bandstand most Fridays from June through early August, Summer Vibes Music Festival, a one-day free concert with a full lineup of bands, the family-friendly Halloween event called Boo Fest, Small Town Christmas, and the Franklin Cruise-In.
